Farmers' Market

The Jamestown Public Market, a weekly farmers' market, runs Saturdays June-October. The 2024 season opens June 8 until October 26, and runs from 10 AM to 2 PM. The market is located in downtown Jamestown in front of 21 W. 3rd St.  Local farmers, homesteaders, food businesses, prepared food vendors and local craft artisans are invited to apply as a market vendor.

How Can I Pay for Market Goods?

SPROUTs Program

Youth visiting market can find our SPROUTs tent (look for the yellow tent!) each week and participate in a fun, agriculture focused activity.

​

For each activity, aimed for children 10 and under, young market-goers receive a $2 'SPROUTs Buck' that can be spend on fruits and vegetables.

​

Our vendors accept cash, and some vendors accept credit card at their stand.

​

We also accept Credit/Debit at our Information tent. Look for the green tent! We provide you tokens in increments of $5 that can be spent like cash with all vendors.

​

SNAP/EBT: We also process EBT cards at our Information tent.

​
